Also referred to as the World Government, it is a family of ancient origins that lived in the North Pole before the 1st Encounter, then later ruled over half of the earth.

After the 2nd Encounter, and with the absence of the NX Family, they became the sole rulers of Earth. The family designated Uberleet as their headquarters since it was where they triumphed against the Volts.
