Its purpose was to produce mechas capable of fighting the Revolutionaries. It was conceived by the JP Family when the rebel ideology was starting to surface.

Producing such robots with Volt-like Capabilities proved to be resource-intensive, and only four artificial Volts have been rolled out so far, all of which have been dispersed around Uberleet to deflect the Revolutionaries.
